Getting Back Up Is Living
My neighbor Tara sent this information to me and I thought it would be helpful to people who are finding it difficult to cope with difficult people. It is meant to provide simple insight about learning how to move on as well it illustrates an important lesson in life.
Tara's message reads as follows:
An old man once said...."There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. forget the bad, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living."
This is a wonderful message especially because many people need help with letting go of the past.

The Start of Blogging
This is the first time that I am blogging. My neighbor was so kind to help me set up a blog. I am so excited.
It is important to share what I hope to achieve with this blog. I am looking to communicate and help employees feel supported about workplace issues. In other words, I hope people share their everyday issues which they confront in the workplace.
In addition, people need to feel supported when they are confronting difficult issues in the workplace.
