Jeffrey Snowell’s Biographical Information:

Jeffrey L. Snowell is currently the President and owner of Snowell Consulting Inc., a training and development company that specializes in helping organizations, businesses, and schools solve people problems.

Each and every day, he helps others to discover their full potential by training employees and management as well as engaging in professional coaching.

He was born and raised in Pottsville, Pa. He was the first in his immediate family of four brothers and five sisters to graduate from college. He received a Bachelor Degree in Political Science and Sociology from Gettysburg College in 1989 and a Master Degree in Sociology from Lehigh University in 1991.

He moved to Philadelphia to pursue a PH.D. in Sociology. After completing his course work, he received a job offer to work at PECO Energy as the Director of Affirmative Action/ EEO. After PECO, he went on to corporate positions as Director of Human Resources Management at Comcast Cellular Communication Inc. and at Children’s Television Workshop, the producers of Sesame Street in New York.

Throughout his career, he has followed his passion to help people grow and develop. He has held numerous positions as a therapist in the mental health field and has served as a college instructor at Lehigh University, LaSalle University, Temple University, and Drexel University.

Currently, he spends all of his time serving his clients who need help with training their workforce, resolving people issues, and professionally coaching management and executives in the workplace.
